CSAA Executive - Structure
Office bearers
Four office bearers are elected at CSAA AGMs, which are held at CSAA
conferences: the president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. Office
bearers are appointed for three years each, in order to provide stability
to the Association.

- Liability for any loss made by the conference must be negotiated
on a year by year basis. The CSAA does not normally bear liability
for any losses: organisers usually ensure that their host institutions
bear accountability for losses. It should be stressed that no CSAA
conference has ever made a loss.
